These are invasive weed plants found in Tamil Nadu hills stations and even in some parts of plains. These plants have thorns in their stems and the flowers are very beautiful. These plants are also grown as a fencing plant. These are also weeds than can grow fast taking the nutrients needed for essential crops. These plants are scientifically known as Lantana camara.
